Les cerisiers or The Cherry trees
“Les Cerisiers” constitute one of both independent houses separated by a shelter, a wall and vegetation. This villa is ground floor and is has the shape of an “L” with two rooms in each wing, separated by a large living room of 40m ². The house is located on a large enclosed property of 2700 m².The outside enclosed large car park is planned for 3 cars. Several terraces, some shaded, surround the house and the swimming pool. Some of which can be lighted at night.
The access to the swimming pool is done by a Roman staircase (semicircular) of easy access and where the children can play safely.
The depth varies from 1.20 with 1,50m. Its dimensions are of 5x10m. The swimming pool is open from April to October.
Maintenance and cleaning are carried out once per week. Protection for young children is ensured by an alarm and a reinforced cover.
A solar shower is installed.

The garden is planted olive-trees, fruit-lofts and of Florentines. It is bordered of cherry trees, Mediterranean vegetation and typical pines.
Sun beds, relax seats, umbrellas, table, chairs and a BBQ are at disposal close to the swimming pool.
On the main covered terrace, just outside the living room, a large romantic iron and terracotta paved table welcomes up to 8 persons. The house is typical of the region with stone columns, painted shutters, south ceramic tile roofs.
It is recent (2011) and offers comfort and full accommodation for up to 8 persons. The interior is decorated in the warm style of Provence.

Each bedroom has a different color.
The main entrance door opens on a nicely decorated hall.
The large comfortable living room opens on the swimming pool by a large window door.
A fully equipped open kitchen opens next to the living room.
In the first wing on one side of the living room :
- Two bedrooms equipped each of 2 beds of 90x200cm
- A large bathroom with bathtub, showers and a sink.
- A toilet with a small sink.
- A room used as laundry and storage place.
- The hall with a day corridor is next to it.
- Two bedrooms equipped each of two beds of 90x200cm
- A bathroom with a large shower and a sink.
- A toilet.
- A night corridor.
Each spacious bedroom has bedside tables with lamps and is equipped with large storage place closed by typical regional colorful doors. All of them are equipped with twin beds.
All of them have window doors opening on terraces with a nice view on the pool and on the surroundings. Each pair of bedrooms is close to its own bathroom and offers comfort and privacy for two families.

Bed linen is included and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are at your disposal upon supplement (5euros per person). If needed, please mention it on the reservation form.

- In the kitchen : large fridge and freezer, ceramic cook table, classical and microwave ovens, dishwasher, some basic culinary ingredients to renew when ended, coffee maker, all day to day dishes, crockery and glasses for 8 persons, kitchen linen,…
- In the living room : television with satellite reception, radio-CD player, DVD player,
- In the laundry : washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and standard servicing material, some baby material ( chair, portable bed, … )
- In the garden : large fixed barbecue, tables, chairs and sun beds for 8 persons, umbrellas, picnic place, large shaded places, large pergola, umbrella type clothes dryer, outside sink, pool safety related material, external solar heated shower, shelter for the bicycles and the material of the clients … On request : basic material for baby (high chair, portable bed…)
